wonderful beachside stay!

i found the staff friendly and always smiling. fahardi was courteous and assisted with our heavy suitcases. insaff at reception arranged a late checkout for me. the pool was fantastic and impeccably clean, like the rest of the hotel.
the bathroom had a slight sewage smell, which occasionally spread into the room.

the staff responded promptly to all requests and showed genuine care. i really appreciated the quick solutions and kind attitude. they provided quick service at all times.

the hotel is very close to the beach, super convenient. it is easy to access kite beach and swim there. there is a supermarket nearby, handy.

the location is amazing it is right on the beach i could kitesurf and rent bicycles. the pool was a good size the water temperature was comfortable. staff members were really good they were always cute and helpful
the washing machine was not working that was a major inconvenience. the iron was of bad quality it damaged my clothes. i felt there were not enough towels or water bottles in the room

I enjoyed that this hotel is in a superb location close to the beach. The staff was always polite and accomodating. The breakfast was abundant and diverse. I particularly loved relaxing by the amazing pool. It provided such a refreshing escape .
I noticed the gym equipment looked a bit dated.

Breakfast includes a rich buffet, with both hot and cold options, with a dedicated station for omelets made to order, also plenty of fresh fruits were available, great.

My suite featured a fully equipped kitchen, including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, and stovetop, also a washing machine was available and a balcony overlooking the beach made the stay amazing.

The hotel is very close to the beach and allows very easy access. A supermarket and several restaurants are within a short walking distance and provide options for dining and shopping, comfortable.

The outdoor pool features a dedicated children's section, ensuring fun for all ages. Plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas are available around the pool area, and clean towels are provided daily for the guests.

The location is certainly a major plus. It is right next to the beach, very convenient. I also liked that there was a swimming pool available to use.
The air conditioning was not working well in all rooms. It only worked in the living room but not in the bedroom , made sleeping difficult
